Last November, Hayes and his family made the journey from California to Boston, where Hayes bravely underwent three open-heart surgeries.
It was an incredibly challenging time for Hayes and his family, but we’re grateful we could offer them an affordable apartment right next to Boston Children’s Hospital. Having a nearby place to stay meant Hayes’ two (very proud!) older siblings could fly in to visit—and the family could be together when it mattered most. At Live4Evan, that’s what we’re all about: keeping families close during difficult medical journeys.
